IMPORTANT INFO PLEASE READ:

By submitting this form, you are comiting to adhere to the following:

1) By booking this event, you agree to the stipulations in the Performance Contract (see venue info page in the venue portal). Notably, the venue’s hospitality T&Cs, including smoking, alcohol & conduct, promo material guidelines, and the cancellation policy.

2) You are the promoter of this event. The venue will list your event on our website, and amplify your promotional efforts across our platforms.

3) Promoters take full responsibility for their artists.  This includes accessing the DJ booth, using in-house audio equipment, performers conduct within the venue, and the schedule of the event.   Any misuse leading to an incident is solely the promoters responsibility. 

4) No alcohol must be brought into the venue.  We operate a heavily-discounted rate for performers if a drinks rider is sought.

5) Friday/Saturday live curfew is 9:30pm unless previously agreed. 

6) The agreed hire fee is to be paid upon confirmation of the booking
